Any resources or help for AQA 9-1 Eng Lang for question 5 both paper 1 and 2!!???

Try post a submission there see what people rate it. Best thing to do is learn vocabulary, and spam figurative speech especially metaphors, similes and personification. Make a set description for multiple things: I have one on the weather when it's sunny.

In the task, if the picture is sunny or for my story, whenever I mention the weather I always insert the ready-made paragraph I have made. Prepare some of ready made description but learning vocab would just be the best way. Read a lot too!
