I'm a NEW driver and I live near a no through road where I park my car. The problem is there are parked cars on both sides of the road majority of the time. When I got my car I only drove it when cars were cleared as I am so afraid of crashing to one of the cars.

I will need to use my car soon for work and university so I need help of how I can safely park and move out in this situation that happens all the time (click on the image link) https://imgur.com/gallery/cU83j.

Thanks

Learn how to reverse in a straight line and also learn how to reverse park - little tip if you can practice it so that you reverse park uphill it's a little easier to control. Just take it steady and don't be afraid to try it multiple times if you need to.

To make it easier for you to get out, you'd need to reverse into that parking space. So practice up on reversing in a straight line, and parallel park if you're not confident.

Parallel park in the space and then do a u-turn after you've pulled out of the space. Or alternatively do the u-turn before you park.
