Food prep is easy to get a 9 in cos for your 8/12 markers you can bullet point your answers i.e. 8 points=8 marks that's how I do it and I've got a 9 every time

Yh, he always starts a sentence in the title and finish it in the actual post, and in his OP, there are way too many exclamation and question marks needed..

Although I have to say I am pleased the obsession has moved from looking at boys butts to something academic and more suited for this site.

Like a commonly asked question is like how important are nutrients x,y and z to person A so basically youd link their lifestyle to a function of each nutrient and say how they can get it ie sources and their deficiencies or what happens if there is too much and that's what you'd do for any of your 8/12 markers really because I they go for example carbohydrates(8 marks for example)
Slow releasing energy(1)source found in starchy foods like potatoes bread rice etc(2). They are slow releasing because they are complex carbohydrates (3)and take longer to break down (4)where as simple carbohydrates are usually found in sugary foods (5) and give a short burst of energy(6).Too much carbohydrates are stored as far leading to obesity (7)and problems such as diabetes etc but a deficiency would cause tiredness (8)
