Bangladesh Medical Work Experience

I'm currently in Year 11 and would like to study medicine in a leading university (Oxford/Cambridge the dream).

I'll be going on a holiday to Bangladesh during the summer (after all my exams) for a few weeks, and seeing as I would be bored for quite some time, thinking of somehow trying to organise some work experience in the hospitals there.

How would universities regard that?

One concern is the conditions over there; I have a bit of a fear that I may pick up some disease...
