All England & Wales exam boards offer A-levels. e.g. AQA, Edexcel, OCR.
The international exam boards are CIE and Edexcel. They both have exam centres in North America.

Actually it looks like AQA might offer some too - but I've never come across them in reality, and the range seems quite limited:

But why does it matter anyway? CIE and Edexcel are well regarded.
