MA in IR: Nottingham or Birmingham ?

Hi,

I have received a conditional offer from UoN and UoB regarding my application for their MA in International Relations. I am really hesitating as both unis currently have a similar ranking in Uni Leagues. After this Master I will be looking for a carrer in Risk Consulting or Policy Analysis.

My two main criteria would be

-First, has any of these uni got an edge in Politics ?
-Secondly, your opinion on the Atmosphere/Nightlife of each Campus/City

Thank you for your time !

The atmosphere and nightlife is not going to get you a job and a masters course is quite intense so you may not have time for either. Rankings mean little. Focus on the course and what they will cover and where grads end up.
