Uncertainty question

Question: The time taken for a body, dropped from the top of the tower, to fall to the ground was given as (2.0 Plus or minus 0.1) seconds. the acceleration of freefall was to be taken as 10. what is the appropriate way to quote the calculated height of the tower?

I understand that you ignore the uncertainty in the acceleration of free fall and that the only uncertainty that you need to care about when calculating s is the uncertainty in t, so I think to calculate the uncertainty in t it's .1 x 2, what do I do after this? 🙂
The mark scheme says to do (0.1 x 2)/2 x 20, I'm fine w/ the first part but someone please explain why you multiply by 20 instead of divide 🙂
Whenn you add or subtract quantities you add their respective uncertainties.
When you add of multiply quantities you add their percentage uncertainties.
