I find it really odd that some people lost it at age 10-13. At that age you really are still a child (even if you don't feel like one). 14 is just about permissible (though really only just). I tutor 14-16-year-olds and even they're not adults by a long way.

Thinking back it was pretty young, but I feel my mind hasn't altered much since I was about 12, when I look at 12-13 year olds they definitely seem less mature than I was.

It was always funny when the popular people used to go 'so, have you ever even kissed a guy' in a taunting way when I was about 15 though.

19. I regret it; not because of my age, but because of the circumstances. Oh well, live and learn!

I was 16.

I remember at school when all my friends thought they were ready to lose their virginity at the age of 12. After about 6 months they then all realised how stupid they were, I think it was just the pressure to seem older.
Seeing as I had only kissed a boy at the age of 12 and looked about 8 lol I don't think sex really appealed to me at that point!

15 and i don't regret it one bit. even though we eventually split up, i was in a loving relationship. i know so many girls who saved themselves and ended up losing it to someone at uni who didn't even care about them. the older you get the harder it becomes to make somone wait for you.

15. That was after putting it off!
I don't like people who get self-righteous about it,
I was ready, with a boy who I still do love and trust.
We knew about contraception etc.
It is a very personal thing, it is up to you

That feeling doesn't go away - I tutor 19-21 year olds and they don't seem like adults to me!
