Question asks you to draw a histogram. However, the histogram given in solution bank I think is wrong.

The FD for the first class is correct at 5. But for the class 18-18.5 the FD should be 5/0.5 = 10. The height should therefore be 10 and not 25 as shown in the histogram. This pattern is repeated for later classes.

Can someone please confirm if I am correct or not.

You are correct. The first non-empty class is correct, whilst all the others are not, and fd of 18-18.5 class should be 10, etc.
