    Feel like I'm close to insomnia (takes 2 hours of laying down to sleep). I haven't revised properly and I got my first exam in 30 days. I can't sleep without sleeping pills, I keep thinking of failing my exams and other worries I have (girls and family ****).

    If anybody has beat this, how did you do it? I have researched sleeping pills a bit, and they have bad long term effects, so should I use them just till exams are over (22 April) or is there something else to get me to sleep/reduce anxiety.

    I guess you should possibly include some intense exercise in your daily routine, get yourself tired at end of day. Also getting fit. It will help clear your mind when doing fitness
