Is it ok for a uni to change an exam's mark scheme after 2 months from the date they sent out the results for that exam?

Exactly what I said. Had an exam, released the results and now, after 2 months they changed mark scheme saying some answers in the initial one were wrong.

I checked but seems fishy to change MS after 2 months, few days before the final exam. If they are not able to give the right answers from the beginning, how could they expect from us to know them?
