Stuck in a rutt

I’ll just make a list about umm you current life

Haven’t left my house in 8 months
Depressed got anxiety
I’ve gained weight feel absolutely rubbish
Haven’t been social at all cut everyone out
Have family but not close
Failed alevels im 19 btw

My routine is eat sleep repeat


I feel like life is just passing by i hate myself for letting it get this bad idk what to do I feel insecure about myself physically as well as academically I have lost hope in life.

1. GP+ medication or therapy.

2. Start to develop a routine that involves a little more social interaction. Volunteer etc.
3. Review the sort of life you would like and then work out what personal development or studies would make this possible.
4. Look at some more social activity.
5. careers advice from National Careers and either look at resits, returning to college or an Access course if you wish to go to uni.
6. Exercise and eat a better diet.
7. Take it all one day at a time. Start small and build on it. Nothing I can see that cant be easily remedied over the 6-24 month timeframe.
