HELP WHATS 276 divides by 4 do the working out i don’t understand

By doing the column method and by knowing your timetable you would get the correct answer.

A simpler way to work this out, is by dividing by 2/2=138. 138/2=69

Not sure what method you are using but assuming it’s bus stop.

4’s into 2 go no times so carry the 2 over.
4’s into 27. This is probably where you are making your mistake. 4*6=24, 4*7=28 so only 6 fours go into 27.
See if that fixes your issue.
