Can you apply to both Cambridge's Human, Social, and Political Sciences degree for one option but law everywhere else?

Is it possible to write a UCAS statement for both?

If you wrote a PS discussing primarily more of a "socio-legal studies" angle for the main one, and then perhaps used the SAQ to write some more on HSPS specifically, it may be suitable. Some universities may not like a personal statement that doesn't focus on the nature of the vocation.

I imagine it would be fine if you applied for similar courses as joint law courses - Law and Anthropology at LSE and elsewhere, PPL at KCL etc.
