I've received my offers back, and I'm thinking about out of these three universities to study Business Management.

    Royal Holloway
    Queen Mary
    Surrey

Can anyone advise me on which university would be the best in terms of the course that I am doing and the university life overall at the university I would greatly appreciate any help!

I've only got less than two weeks to decide and I'm a bit lost

    Hi ssk6,

    Congratulations on receiving an offer!

I'm a recent graduate from Royal Holloway and really enjoyed my time as a student. I understand that choosing your firm university can be a difficult decision, so I would start by taking another look at all of your course options to see which one you feel best suits your needs.

At Royal Holloway, our Business and Management BSc has a fresh and intellectually challenging approach to management research and education. Studying Business and Management at Royal Holloway means that you will learn from internationally renowned experts who will share their research and experience so that you gain current and relevant management skills and knowledge.

On top of the excellent teaching staff within your department, you'll also have access to our other support services such as our Careers and Employability Service which helps our students find placements, prepare for job interviews and even check over your CV.

Looking beyond academics, it's also important to feel comfortable at your university. Royal Holloway is only 40 minutes by train from London so you have everything the city has to offer on your doorstep, while also having all the benefits of studying at a campus university. As a former student, I spent a lot of time in London as a part of my course catching performances or going to explore the city with my friends. Equally, I enjoyed the days where I could hang around the campus, go out to eat or shop in the local area.

For socialising on campus, we have over 140 clubs and societies on campus. These can range from table tennis to the Investment and Finance Society. When I was a student, I spent a lot of my time participating in shows with the Musical Theatre Society and Savoy Opera Society. Being a part of a club or society is a really great way to meet new people who have like-minded interests. I learned so much from taking part in societies and it really helped round out my university experience on top of meeting some amazing people.

If you'd like speak to a current student in the School of Management, you are more than welcome to message Emily, who is a fourth year Management with Marketing (Year in Business) BSc student. She'll be happy to answer any questions you have about the course or student life on campus. You can send her a message here. You'll also find a blog written by another student, Mandeep, about things to consider when choosing your firm university choice that you might find useful.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Susana
