What are your current or expected grades? There are quite a lot of universities in Britain that offer mech eng. Your realistic choices can be narrowed down, though, depending on what universities your achieved or predicted grades are likely to get you entrance to. Your choices, assuming you have high enough grades to get into them, are all overall good choices, though.

Also, please do recommend any other university for mechanical engineering
whilst one of these universities may be the best choice for you and the one you should firm, engineers are hugely in demand and as a result, whatever uni you end up going to, you will have a very good career (as long as you get a 2:1)
