I have not previously had any student finance from the UK. I am a UK citizen. I have lived in the UK for all my life, except for the time spent in university in the Netherlands. Can I apply for a student loan for an MSc that I would like to study in the UK?

I have been studying the Netherlands for 4 years in September. But I have been home to the UK over the Holidays, and had a job here as well.
The Course would start in September/October 2018
