Hyperpigmentation

I'm brown and I occasionally get dark spots on my face. Sometimes it can be after getting normal spots which heal and become a bit dark and sometimes I guess its due to the Sun.

What is the best way to remove these dark spots and how can I prevent them? Could you please recommend a few products I could get and what is the best way to even out your skin tone?

For example( I've heard Eurecin products are good but which ones should I get?)

Thanks!
I have had many treatments, I'm asian.

Use retinol creams which are good but you have to be careful use every few days at night as it causes a little irritation initially.

Use gentle scrubs, there are drugstore ones like St Ives or high end like Obagi ZO.

Wear sunblock such as heliocare spf in the day, it's a medical recommended and wont clog pores, it's about 20pounds.

you could get chemical peels for around 60quid which are amazing in removing dark skin.

A skin care specialist can prescribe a hydrquinone cream in low dose to lighten dark spots.

watch youtube vids on this too obviously.

Hope that helps x

although body shop products are amazingly fraganced, I'm a bit skeptucal about their products for improving skin, I have tried their vit c serum but its more of a primer for makeup and doesn't really absorb into skin. I would recommend buying a more high end vitamin c product and read reviews.
