Hello I'm a student who is in year 11 studying gcse history with aqa, as I'm studying the new specification there are limited resources which I'm ab,e to access and I just wondered if anybody knew any good revision websites that would be useful for me. I have ordered revision guides btw but my rubbish school,decided it would be a fantastic ide to rider revision guides when there is less than a month till my first history exam! Please wish me luck to pass I need it with my school

Look at the previous specs and other exam boards. Understand any structural differences in format but essays about a certain period are still studying the same facts

Look through the different specs for the ones that covered your period.


The key point is to read the paper carefully, understand and then construct an essay which answers the question.
use BBC bitesize and youtube for starters. take ownership of your exam and dont think about blaming the school it wont get you extra marks. Youve had plenty of time to take control.
