Im stuck on this chlorofluorocarbon question because i thought cfcs dont contain any hydrogens, thats what ive been taught and its in the textbook, so idk why in this exam question asking to draw 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-difluroethane theyve used a hydrogen in the displayed formula? Why do they teach one thing but in the exam questions its something else? I drew it exactly like in the markscheme except without the hydrogen because cfcs dont contain hydrogen?
