Painkillers (ibuprofen is good for swelling as well), have a hot bath, hot water bottle, gentle stretching or exercise, drink lots of fluids

If you are in public, try to sit as much as possible, cross your arms, then squeeze your stomach for about a minute, then release for a minute. Also drink peppermint tea, that can help relieve cramps

Hi,
Eat
Study/clean room (yh I mean it - it keeps the mind of the pain)
Have a shower, put some nice clothes, and then do anything coz when you look good, you feel better (I think I stole that from an advert)
Eat some more
Sleep
Call friends and complain
Eat some more
Watch a movie...or 5
Read a book
Make brownies...which you can eat later

I say eat a lot because (for me) eating is therapeutic. However this can be substituted with shopping (I’m pretty sure Einstein once said that shopping was just as essential as food)
Basically anything that keeps your mind off things coz in reality, you’re gonna have to deal with this for a loooooooooooooong time to come
I hope this helps and, girl, I feel for you
p.s. if all above fail, go find a brother/cousin who’s a guy and rant about the struggles of being a girl to them - it works for me 👍
