Restarting year 12

Hi I am currently studying English , Psychology and Economics at a level and I am in years 12. I am really sturuggling with A levels at the moment , especially economics which I was forced to pick by my parents. I’d like to change my subjects and re start at a new college because I also don’t enjoy my school. I did well enough I GCSEs ( 6A 3B & 1C ) do u think I would be able to go to another school and ask to re start in September eventhough the deadlines have closed for year 11 students to apply. Thank you
