Hi, I see my school is out from May- September... can I remain in the UK or do I have to go back to my home country until school starts again? (I don't want to go back...I have nowhere to go)

It should say so on your visa, but my understanding is it covers a period and that would be the length of your course i.e you can stay, work and travel .

If you are enrolled in a 3 year program, your visa should cover that entire 3 year period. So no, you don't need to go home until your entire 3 year program has ended. I think you even get a 3 (or 6?) month period to remain in the country after you graduate.

You can remain in the UK until your visa expires.
