Parents form

Hi

I have submitted my application online and my parents have filled out the income form by hand and sent it off by post. On my application it is still stating that parents have not submitted evidence.
Can you please let me know if this will change or have they done something wrong?

The current processing time for PFF2 forms to be reviewed is 11 working days from when they are received. The status of your application will change once the form has been processed.
