I would imagine that it's pretty fast as standard - as that's what students will expect.

10Mbps minimum, you can pay to upgrade to 20, 50 or 100Mbps. I think premium rooms come with 20Mbps as standard.
Pavilions was 50mbps wired with about the same wireless. Sometimes a little less if a lot of people are using it wirelessly. The uni accommodation gets internet via ask4 and you can pay to increase speed via Ethernet to 100mbps.
