With answering the questions it's really hard to understand what it's going to be so i get really confused what the question is actually telling me so when it tells me then I get confused for what it's telling me?

when you are reading a question underline or circle the keywords e.g. explain, describe, state, list, any dates, names or numbers. You could even re-write the question in your own words

e.g. explain the importance of the structure of the cell wall you could re-write as say why the cell wall's structure is important.

Then transfer this into a sentence opener, like the structure of the cell wall is important because...

keep looking back at the keywords you underlined so that you do not lose focus

hope that helps
