Is this normal? I can't get a sleep routine no matter how hard I try, I don't even want too really but is it dangerous for me to pull allnighters, go to sleep at 1/2am and wake up for college at 6/7am or on weekends go to sleep around 2/3 and wake up around 12/1pm? I used to go to sleep at 6/7am then wake up at 3/4pm but I started feeling ill and it really messed with my head.

I'm okay when I'm awake and doing things and only feel tired when I'm sitting around, I do have low iron but my energy and moods have gotten better after taking vitamins for that, it does drain me at times.

Sometimes I'm very clumsy and from tiredness do stupid things like putting things in the wrong place and that, I just wanna know if it'll make me ill from a very bad sleep routine.

This genuinely is me! I’m up right now, almost 2am, knowing I’ll regret this in 5 and a half hours when I have to wake up for school.

And no. It’s not normal. I’m trying to get back to a normal routine, and so should you. You need to be fully rested for school, especially as exam season is approaching fast. Just sleep! You need to be in good health; taking vitamins hasn’t been proven to drastically make any improvements to one’s health, so the only way you can do this is by sleep.

Exactly! I think our body clocks are different than the early birds. We should have a school that start in the evening.
