I'm finding the course extremely difficult... Does anyone have any advice or tips for getting a 6 or 7?

I'm not sure what level of Spanish you refer to but I just read the below article about the 'transcription' technique which apparently strengthens listening, writing and speaking if you follow it step by step:

I havent tried it yet but sounds like its worth a shot. Im studying Spanish DELE (A2 level) and finding it difficult to take my Spanish to the next level so going to give this a shot over the next week or so,
