Mine's Liverpool! Interviewed for this role June last year so it's been a long wait.

I got that email about 2-3 weeks ago (I did my interview around the same time as you) and I then got a provisional offer earlier this week for Newcastle. I'm currently going through pre employment checks.

Finally received my formal offer with my start date. The long wait is finally over!

I’m in the Debt management department. Anyone know what they really do? What can I expect ?

Debt management is more case work you follow to the end and you make the calls not receive them
Different start dates different training cohort and normally only have 20ppl per training group

You might hear from them today, don’t forget sometimes their emails can end up in your junk folder so it might be worth checking there also. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you, we’ve been waiting so long I really hope you hear back from them soon.
