Failed to convert spring, what to do now?

Failed to convert my 2 springs into summer, 1 was at a tier 1 BB.

Any advice from people who have been in a similar circumstance is highly appreciated.

Is it a good idea to put the SW on my CV?

apply to summers? what do you think you're supposed to do lol

SWs convert very few people, don't sweat it.

Definitely add spring weeks on cv - shows clear interest, recent experience, big solid names on a CV. You’ll do yourself a disservice hiding spring week(s).

Like PPM said, get yourself ready to apply for summers - far more spaces on offer.

Is there any feedback you could request for why you didn’t convert? These minor details will target your areas for improvement for potential interviews and assessment days.
just out of curiosity, why do you think you never converted & how was your experience?

In terms of prep, ace exams/find a summer internship/do extra-circular stuff during summer/do interview prep/do test prep/and network if you can (Esp at the firms you interned in, ik people who got summer offers at the firms who rejected their spring conversion)
