hello, don't know if you are interested, but for the last 2 months i'v been using a company Genius food. They deliver cooked food for a week / a month so you don't have to cook or clean dishes , wich is very good in my case , and maybe in your as well. I personally use a weight maintenance menu, but in your case, they also have a weight loss menu .
