Hi there. Duration

BTEC National diploma, consist of 18 units of which are conventionally comprise of 2 years in terms of old specification. Extended diploma on the other hand equally comprises of 18 units of which in addition is under taken in one year.

Extended diploma is tantamount to 3 A levels whereas national diploma is tantamount to 1 A level.
