Well LA3 for WJEC was fine in terms of part A questions. The fact that they mixed up the part B questions instead of putting homicide with juries, non-fatal offences with appeals and defences with cps was unusual and I’m sure it will have definitely thrown some other people. Just hoping LA4 is better

Does anyone have any predictions about LA4?
Cps, Strict Liability, Defences, Bail. Absolutely no idea about Section B but hopefully those 4 will come up in both parts of the paper ideally
