Hi I'm doing Unit 218 Administer Human Resource Records and am struggling with the following
1.4 Describe the features and uses of organisational systems for managing human resource information
1.9 Explain the actions to be taken in the event of problems arising or incomplete or inaccurate date
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

1.4 is about what bespoke software you use, for me it was Pegasus. Where we stores personal information, holidays, absences etc. Basically just describe the one you use.

1.9 i’m less sure about, but i THINK it’s referring to the procedure of taking complaints, or disciplining staff? Or it could be what you would do if the software had problems and that’d be contact IT or the help desk. Maybe best to ask your tutor for some clarification.
