Computer Science interview + aptitude test

Hey,

I have a Comp Sci interview and aptitude test soon, does anyone know what to expect? Is it very maths heavy?

I went to see the School of Computer Science at the University of Birmingham earlier this month. Unless stated on your applicant visit letter, you wont have an interview. I dont think anyone in our group had an interview.

The day will probably consist of tours (of the city centre and the school), talks (from lecturers and admission tutors) and the aptitude test (which everyone sat when I went).

Good luck with the aptitude test, and good luck if you do have an interview.

I've just got back actually, and it went well. The test was fine and I was interviewed, more of a chat really. The guy led me a trough an array problem and we just talked a bit about the course. Nothing very complex.

The food was excellent and eveyone was very friendly - I'm more impressed with the place than I thought I would be.
