Help...Academic Reference?

Hi everyone,

For my conditional for Midwifery I need an academic reference, is there anyone here who has needed this before? My college tutor is going to write it but we are both unsure what is needed in it...

Thank you, but I have already given an UCAS reference, UWS want an academic one so was more wondering what was needed for that.
