I used to live in Birmingham and I know a good few places to meet people;
Woodgate Valley Country Park- A large stretch of field where funfairs and football clubs appear.
North Woodgate- a woody area with residential homes inclusive of the above park mentioned, near where I used to live. The community centre there is a good place to meet new friends
Bullring Shopping Centre
City Centre
The place near PAK and KFC; that street ( I've forgotten it's name :\ )
University Induction days
This website, I am very afraid and unsure if you could use it but I assume that you're old enough to..:https://www.citysocializer.com/birmingham/meet-friends
