Apply for Apprenticeship through Gov.uk or through QA Apprenticeships?

I am a little confused as to what QA do. Are they the middle man between me and the employer/course provider?

QA wants me to use their specific CV.

Yes, pretty much. I'm studying a BSc Digital and Technology degree with them partnered with the University of Roehampton. They act as a middle man between the University and the Company and provide the online workshops and face-to-face workshops.

I was sent a specific QA CV too when I applied for my apprenticeship. I guess it's just for standardisation so they'd know where you'd fit in best.
