Just realised I listen to literally no punk at all. I'm kinda craving for something that kind gets me pumped up and angry at something, kinda like how Rage against the machine makes me feel. I'm thinking more in the heavier realm ( so not pop punk )
thanks

Black Flag, Bad Religion, Anti-flag and Rise Against's heavier albums (revolutions per minunte, siren song of the counter-culture) are all good. Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for though

More post-punk than hardcore (albeit with a math-rock sensibility), but the attitude and posturing are vehemently anti-establishment:

Aus-Rotten, Disorder, Chaotic Dischord (they were a ****ing mess but it was glorious), AOA, Hard Skin (more Oi than Punk), Cockney Rejects, Amebix, Crucifix, Defcon Zero, Conflict.
Should be enough to get you started.

Nomeansno are definitely worth a listen, a very original and under-rated band. Wrong is an awesome album and probably the most immediately accessible.

If you want some super heavy stuff, Converge are great for that, Jane Doe is a fantastic album, as is Axe To Fall. Idles are pretty great as well. Suicidal Tendencies are pretty good. Descendents are great for 80s hardcore punk. Gallows are a good modern band as well.
