Ustinov College or outside accommodation

Hi guys,

I want to find cheap accommodation that is close to Durham. I want an en-suite room (with a kitchen if possible).

A room (en-suite room with shared kitchen) at Ustinov College cost me £6,753 for the whole PG program, so I'm finding a cheaper room with better facilities.

Is there any accommodation outside the university that has a better offer? You guys can make suggestions. I'm totally opened. I don't mind living at Ustinov College.
