So I personally despise raisins, like I hate eating them or just the sight makes me want to puke.
But do you prefer eating them straight from the box or with or inside another food? E.g. yogurt raisins, cake that contains raisins and etc.

I love eating raisins and sultanas as is.
But I'm not a big fan of them in cakes, biscuits or confectionery. I don't like yoghurt raisins at all.

They taste like proper , half decayed bullcrap with a touch of sugar

Raisins soaked in Captain Morgan dark rum for 48 hours in the fridge, then mixed with Ben & Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. Perfectly naughty indulgence.

raisins are decayed corpses of grapes. so no ew.
BUT have you ever tried frozen grapes ? it's so easy to make and so delicious 11/10 would recommend

I prefer chocolate or yogurt coated raisins. Not as healthy, but still better than a solid bar of chocolate.

I don't think I've ever eaten anything with raisins and thought that it would be better without them.
The worst thing is when there are cookies and you think "ooh raisin oatmeal" but it turns out to be chocolate chip.

As a very new person to this forum I have found a subject/post I can be a little savvy on...
Covered individually in milk chocolate or yoghurt = pretty good...
Soaked in sweet Spanish sherry and served over a decent vanilla ice cream = yummy
PS: I don't do 'fruit cake'!
