Anyone got an interview for Chester pgce primary ?
Hi - sorry you haven't had a response to this yet. I'm just going to bump the thread in the hope that someone sees this and can help :h:

Why do I this?

What was the interview like? Mines next Wednesday ?
The interview wasn’t too bad. In the presentation they asked further about what research I did for it and my personal views. For the group task we were just split off into twos. Wasn’t too bad. Just need to relax, they were friendly enough and were more than happy to answer any questions I had in good detail. Just make sure you nail the presentation and I’m sure the rest will be fine

Thanks for the heads up did you just talk in your presentation or have any stimuli? I’m thinking of doing the parents as a child’s primary educator was it just sitting around a table.

Really nervous for it.

I had 8 flash cards to help get me through, the girl with me just had flash cards too. We were all split off into 2s and Just did the presentation infront of them and the 2 tutors interviewing us. We just had to stand up and deliver it. They do ask you if you have any questions for the other candidate’s presentation too.
Don’t get too nervous. Just breathe and I’m sure you’ll do fine. Just make sure you get some research done

No worries.
I did should Music, PE, Drama, Art and MFLs be taught by specialist teachers. I did a few of them for my A Levels and still have an interest in them so found it quite relatable for me
