SQA speciman paper

do SQA use some questions from specimen papers to use on the real exam paper because I just did the higher business specimen one but I just wanted to know is that a hint that some questions will come up on the real exam

No, the exam paper will not contain questions from the specimen...Some of the topics explored may be the same, as any exam paper has to cover the course, so that is inevitable. If anything, I would say a big mark question in the specimen is less likely (almost definitely won't) to appear as a big mark question in the subsequent paper, however, do not rely on this and remember that the specimen papers for Higher are several years old now.
