how do i move departments at tesco?

I've been working in dotcom for almost 7 months now and i need to get out of there tbh- i am not well suited to the pressure of targets and doing so on little sleep (even though i go bed earlier i still feel very tired each day) and also because i can't get enough hours to make it financially worth it. I have seen vacancies in other departments that would suit be better at my store but i have no idea how to go about transferring departments. can anyone who knows about moving departments or who has done so, tell me what happens so I can have some idea of how to go about this?
