It doesnt matter what you do, its your grade that counts, so pick something you'll get an a/a* in

GCSE's wont matter for Medicine at University. It will be your A-Levels that count but by then you should know which subjects you need to pick at A-Level for medicine. Do whatever you're more leaning towards. I would imagine ICT is easier than Health & Social but I don't know.
