HOW can REPEATS be done in expt of antibiotics effectiveness on bacteria culture??

Is it one antibiotic (with many discs as repeats)per petri dish containing bacteria in agar OR is it one antibiotic per disc (so many antibiotics)in one petri dish and many petri dishes as repeats? PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS

Hi I think you are looking too deep into this point - in reality, in clinical practice, the different antibiotics are used on the same agar plate (petri dish), but in an experimental or research setting, you could in theory use either of your two options, AS LONG AS THE INNOCULUM PLACED IN EACH SCENARIO IS A SAMPLE FROM THE SAME MAIN CULTURE SOURCE (what schools these days teach in baby language as "fair test").
