D1 interpreting slack variables from simplex tableau

Hi I do OCR maths and got stuck on part of the OCR d1 june 2009 paper. On question 5 part v) it says to interpret the slack variables from the simplex tableau in the context of the question which is making badges. In the mark scheme there's all these values from the slack variables about different stages of production time that haven't been used and i have no idea how they got the values from the simplex tableau that was set up. If some body could look at this question and explain where the values are coming from I would really appreciate it.
Thanks

With the optimal solution, they're only making 200 batches of metallic badges.

For printing, this takes 200 x 15 = 3000 seconds. So, there are 9000 - 3000 = 6000 seconds unused.

Similarly the other production stages.
