The amount of information we have to remember for exams is very overwhelming (btw I’m in my first year of A levels so I’m being tested on Henry VII and Henry VIII)
Does anyone have any tips and/or tricks on how to rembember detail such as dates, statistics etc?

Make mini mindmaps or timelines consisting of 10-20 key facts. You can fit an essay round that.
