R/S configuration (and fisher projection) in amino acids

Ok so i was taught S config is where the priority is anticlockwise and R the opposite. But when i look at cysteine the priority is anticlockwise but its R?! Am i misunderstanding something?

Ill attach a diagram under this post

You have your CIP priorities incorrect. CH2SH is higher priority than COO

C --- S

is more important than

C--- O
