There's no telling what the actual questions are gonna be about but it's best to consolidate the thematics studies section by practicing alot of 4/5/12 Markers.

14th may is the study of religions, so 2 religions that you have studied in details about key concepts and worship & prayer.
Go through the textbook and make notes about important information and the effects this has on believers e.g. for Christianity: resurrection occurs after death, proof is Jesus --> teaches them that if Christians believe and have faith in god then they can be resurrected as well (don't need to fear death)
Then do past papers to consolidate knowledge, try to time yourself and stick to it as much as possible!
Hope this helps
